Dia brings over 15 years of extensive hospitality experience across leading luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Westin. Most recently, she served as Director of Catering at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, leading strategic initiatives for revenue optimization, guest satisfaction, and event innovation.
Dia’s dynamic career spans multiple geographies and responsibilities, ranging from event sales and MICE planning to departmental pre-openings, budgeting, compliance, and team mentoring. Her ability to blend operational excellence with creative event execution makes her a key asset in curating memorable experiences for Grand Hyatt’s diverse clientele. Having previously worked within the Hyatt ecosystem in both Pune and Mumbai, Dia’s return to the brand reflects her enduring alignment with Hyatt’s values and service philosophy.
