TAT launches ‘Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges’ campaign to boost year-end tourism spending

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) launches the “Amazing Thailand Passport Privileges” campaign to encourage foreign tourist spending during the upcoming year-end high season. The initiative was officially announced at TAT headquarters by Nat Kruthasoot, Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business, with the support of Bhummikitti Ruktaengam, Vice President of the Tourism Council of Thailand, and Paninee Chaisrakeo, Director of Airport Affairs at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Running from November 1 to December 15, 2025, the campaign offers international visitors exclusive discounts, promotional vouchers, and souvenir “Amazing Bags.” Tourists can participate by presenting their passports at designated booths at Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, or Phuket International Airports, or by scanning a QR code for instant registration and access to digital vouchers redeemable at participating hotels, restaurants, shops, and attractionsacross Thailand.

The “Amazing Bag” includes locally sourced items inspired by the “5 Must Do in Thailand” concept—featuring dried mango, Muay Thai keychains, handmade crafts, and regional textiles from communities in Kalasin, Sakon Nakhon, Bueng Kan, and Chiang Rai. Selected participants will also receive Lucky Bags containing premium gifts from tourism partners, with prizes worth over 1 million baht.

Now in its second edition, the campaign is part of TAT’s strategy to stimulate economic activity during Thailand’s peak tourism period, with an expected 400 million baht in spending generated across the hospitality and retail sectors. The initiative further supports the recovery and growth of Thailand’s tourism industry as it moves into 2026.
