Mariki Sayles, has been appointed to lead Food & Beverage operations at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.
Mariki has previously spearheaded beverage operations for Bastian Hospitality’s renowned venues in India and contributed to the beverage program at Le Bernardin, New York.
In her new role, Mariki will oversee all dining establishments, banquet facilities, and lounges at the hotel, aiming to deliver immersive and innovative food and beverage experiences.
