The First Group Hospitality named Khaled El Sharbatly as its new Director of Guest Engagement. With over 25 years of experience across customer engagement, sales, and operations in the Middle East and Africa, Khaled joins after a 15-year tenure with Marriott International, where he led the Dubai Customer Engagement Centre overseeing reservations for nearly 70 hotels.
In his new role, he will collaborate with reservations, revenue, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency. Tom Stevens, Senior Vice President – Operations, said Khaled’s deep operational expertise will be key in driving best practices across the company’s hotels and dining portfolio.
