IndiGo confirms that, following steady and significant improvement across its network over the past few days, the airline has now fully reinstated operations. All flights published on the IndiGo website are scheduled to operate under an adjusted network plan. Additionally, nearly all baggage previously stuck at airports has been delivered to customers, with the remaining deliveries being prioritized.
Today, IndiGo is operating more than 1,800 flights, connecting all 138 stations across its network, and is planning to operate nearly 1,900 flights tomorrow. Operations have been optimised, and on-time performance has returned to normal levels. The airline has also automated the full-refund process for cancelled bookings, offering a ‘No Questions Asked’ refund policy through a simple online procedure.
