Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with BNW Developments, announces the signing of Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central and Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, a landmark mixed-use hospitality project in Ras Al Khaimah, scheduled to open in 2029. The signing marks the introduction of a new Radisson Blu address in one of the UAE’s fastest-evolving destinations and further strengthens the Group’s footprint in the emirate.
The project will be located within RAK Central, a large-scale mixed-use destination envisioned as a future financial hub for Ras Al Khaimah. Spanning 3.1 million sq. ft., the master development will integrate commercial, financial, residential, and recreational spaces. Strategically positioned near Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village, the site offers direct connectivity to the E11 highway, ensuring seamless access to key resorts, attractions, and neighbouring emirates.

Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central will feature 361 keys, positioned above retail and cinema offerings to create a vibrant, day-to-night destination. Facilities will include five food and beverage outlets, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and events spaces, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids’ club, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central will comprise 222 branded residences, offering residents access to hotel-managed services, consistent hospitality standards, and shared amenities, alongside integrated food and beverage experiences across the development.
