SpiceJet to launch Ahmedabad–Sharjah non-stop flights from February 5

SpiceJet announces the launch of non-stop flights between Ahmedabad and Sharjah, commencing 5 February 2026, further enhancing air connectivity between India and the UAE. Sharjah will become the airline’s second UAE destination after Dubai, marking an expansion of its international network.

The service will operate five times a week, excluding Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering flexibility for business travellers, leisure passengers, and the Indian expatriate community. Ahmedabad, as a major economic and cultural hub with strong trade and tourism links to the UAE, makes Sharjah a strategic addition to SpiceJet’s operations.

“Sharjah’s status as the cultural capital of the UAE and a key regional hub makes it a valuable addition to our route map. The launch reflects rising demand for travel between India and the UAE and reinforces our commitment to strengthening regional connectivity,” said Debojo Maharshi, Chief Business Officer, SpiceJet.
