ITC Hotels Limited announces its highest-ever Q3 revenue and profits, reflecting sustained demand strength across luxury and premium hospitality segments, disciplined cost management, and continued expansion under its asset-right strategy.
For the quarter ended 31 December 2025, consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,231 crore, up 21% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 23% to ₹467 crore, while profit after tax (before exceptional items) rose 42% to ₹307 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 39%, supported by operating leverage, higher realizations and ongoing efficiency initiatives.
Strong operating performance
Room revenue grew 12% during the quarter, driven by robust performance in corporate travel, weddings and MICE. Average daily rates increased 9% and occupancy improved by 290 basis points, resulting in consolidated RevPAR growth of 13%. The Company maintained a RevPAR premium of 48% over the industry, underscoring the strength of its brands and service standards.
Food and beverage revenue increased 8%, led by banqueting and strong demand from weddings and corporate events. Innovative culinary offerings and marquee restaurant brands continued to attract strong guest engagement.
International operations and developments
ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo sustained RevPAR leadership and delivered positive EBITDA on a year-to-date basis. Sapphire Residences, Colombo commenced apartment handovers during the quarter, marking a key milestone for the mixed-use development. The Sri Lanka hospitality and tourism environment remained supportive, aided by macroeconomic stability and record tourist arrivals.
Expansion and pipeline
Aligned with its asset-right strategy, ITC Hotels continued to expand in Tier-II and Tier-III markets. New hotels were opened in Bodh Gaya, Rishikesh, Siliguri, Sirmaur, Dungarpur and Jaipur. During calendar year 2025, the Company signed 28 hotels with 2,790 keys, representing 26% growth over the previous year. The Company crossed the milestone of 150 operational hotels with over 14,000 keys during the quarter.
The Company also received land allotment at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi from India International Convention and Exhibition Centre Limited for the development of a premium five-star hotel on a 91-year lease. The hotel is expected to be completed by 2030 and will enhance Yashobhoomi’s positioning as a global conventions and events destination.
Sustainability and recognition
During the quarter, ITC Hotels was recognised as the World’s Leading Sustainable Organisation and the World’s Leading Sustainable Employer at the World Sustainable Travel and Hospitality Awards 2025. The Company was also named Best Luxury Hotel Chain by Travel + Leisure for the ninth consecutive year.
ITC Hotels continues to lead globally in sustainable hospitality, with the largest number of LEED Platinum certified hotels worldwide, and being the first in the world to achieve multiple LEED Zero Carbon and LEED Zero Water certifications across its portfolio.
The Board of Directors approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 at its meeting held on 20 January 2026.
