Two restaurants, two exclusive one-night menus
At Epicure, Chef Arnaud Faye presents a seven-course Valentine’s dinner crafted around exceptional ingredients and expressive flavours. The experience opens with delicate scallops brightened by Menton lemon, followed by Opal Coast lobster infused with Madras curry. Line-caught sea bass with citrus and caviar precedes a tender veal filet paired with winter roots and black truffle. The evening concludes with a poetic dessert sequence featuring grapefruit, rosé champagne, quince, rose, and hibiscus.

At 114, Faubourg, Chefs Arnaud Faye and Vincent Schmit offer a convivial, generous menu designed for sharing. Highlights include crab tartlet with curry, scallops gently confit in walnut butter, roasted line-caught sea bass, milk-fed lamb with black truffle, and an exotic fruit and saffron baba.

For the occasion, Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot unveils two exclusive desserts: the Saint-Honoré d’Amour, reimagined in a heart shape for Valentine’s Day, and the Vanilla & Pecan Flan d’Amour, adorned with a bespoke golden heart in place of the iconic “B.”
