Sofitel introduces LeVestiaire, a new global wardrobe designed as a statement of style and self-expression. Created in collaboration with French designer Cordelia de Castellane, the collection blends couture sensibility with everyday sophistication, offering a refined mix-and-match expression of elegance for Sofitel’s world of modern luxury.

The collection empowers Sofitel’s 25,000 employees, from Front Office to Housekeeping, to dress with individuality and ease while reflecting the effortless chic of French style. Comprising more than 45 pieces and a curated selection of accessories, LeVestiaire integrates Sofitel’s hand-drawn prints and monogram into tailored silhouettes that balance comfort, inclusivity and contemporary design.
Designed to adapt to diverse cultures, climates and hotel personalities, the wardrobe allows each Sofitel property — from Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua — to curate a look that aligns with local identity while maintaining the brand’s signature French elegance. The global rollout across Sofitel’s 120 hotels worldwide will begin from the end of 2026.
With its versatile silhouettes and mix-and-match philosophy, LeVestiaire offers one wardrobe with thousands of expressions. Employees can curate their own combinations to suit body shapes, personal preferences and comfort levels, reinforcing Sofitel’s belief that true luxury is personal.
Maud Bailly, CEO of Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems, said the collection marks a new era for the brand as it continues to renovate and expand flagship properties worldwide. She noted that the collaboration with Cordelia de Castellane perfectly captures a refined and timeless wardrobe celebrating French elegance and luxury.
Cordelia de Castellane described the concept as allowing individuals to select looks suited to their role and environment without being confined to a traditional uniform. Drawing on her experience in French couture ateliers, she immersed herself in workshops and fittings with Sofitel employees to ensure the designs reflect comfort, movement and personal expression.
The collection features a harmonious palette of navy blue, coconut milk, beige and denim blue, complemented by expressive accessories such as belts and scarf brooches incorporating Sofitel’s Cultural Link logo. Exclusive monogram prints reinterpret the Sofitel logo across scarves, shirts, dresses and ties, transforming the brand’s visual identity into a refined design language that merges haute couture sensitivity with hospitality.
