LAAX hosted two curated networking evenings in Mumbai, reinforcing its strategic engagement with the Indian travel trade community.
With Claude Bravi, Director of Customer Performance Management at LAAX, visiting from Switzerland, the brand designed two distinct event formats reflecting the multifaceted character of the destination.

The first evening, held at a contemporary lounge in BKC, fostered a relaxed networking environment encouraging open dialogue around LAAX’s freestyle culture, design-forward hospitality and growing appeal among Indian travellers.
The second gathering took place at the Residence of the Swiss Consul General in Mumbai, offering a more formal and intimate setting that highlighted LAAX’s Swiss heritage, innovation-led infrastructure and Greenstyle sustainability initiatives.
The dual-format approach enabled LAAX to connect with partners across segments while preserving the distinct personality of each experience.
Claude Bravi stated that LAAX is not defined by a single season. While globally recognised for winter excellence and freestyle culture, the destination is equally committed to its positioning as a dynamic, year-round alpine ecosystem offering summer hiking and biking, lifestyle events, architecture and sustainability innovation. He emphasised that India represents a strategic growth market with strong potential for promoting LAAX’s broader all-season vision.

The events were curated and hosted by Nikita Rawtani, Founder of TravelGyaan and India Representative for LAAX, who continues to lead market development initiatives in the region.
Nikita Rawtani noted that the objective was to reflect the dual spirit of LAAX through two contrasting yet complementary experiences — one contemporary and relaxed, the other more elegant — while strengthening meaningful partnerships and showcasing the destination’s blend of freestyle energy, alpine design and forward-thinking sustainability.

Together, the evenings reaffirmed LAAX’s long-term commitment to the Indian market and its positioning as Switzerland’s leading progressive mountain destination.
