A Season Full of Baur’s Moments with Baur au Lac

From April to September, Baur’s Brasserie will temporarily pause operations as the team undertakes enhancements behind the scenes. During this period, Baur’s Bar will continue to welcome both hotel guests and local patrons daily from 3:00 pm, offering a refined setting for relaxed afternoons and vibrant evenings. Guests can enjoy an extensive selection of beverages, ranging from classic favourites to signature creations, complemented by a thoughtfully curated menu of small plates.

For those seeking a more elaborate dining experience, Marguita remains open, presenting a vibrant menu that blends French and Italian classics with Mediterranean influences.

The much-loved brunch experience will continue during this time, relocating to the intimate setting of Baur’s Bar. While the selection will be slightly more concise, it will retain the signature quality and character associated with Baur’s. Guests can enjoy their brunch favourites alongside classic beverages such as Bellinis and Mimosas, or bespoke creations crafted by the bar team.

In addition, in collaboration with Baur au Lac Vins, a series of three exclusive tasting events will be hosted between April and June. Each event will showcase exceptional wines from renowned producers, paired with carefully curated small plates to enhance the tasting experience. Experts from Baur au Lac Vins will guide guests through each session, offering insights and stories behind the selections. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase featured wines at an exclusive 15% discount for enjoyment beyond the event.
