JAMPA, Phuket’s Michelin Green Star restaurant, continues to define its approach to conscious dining through a philosophy rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and close collaboration with local farmers. With the introduction of à la carte menus and walk-in availability, guests can now enjoy JAMPA’s Michelin-recognized, zero-waste cuisine with greater ease and flexibility. Together with HiDEAWAY by JAMPA – an intimate weekend farm lunch experience, the two concepts present distinct yet complementary dining experiences: one refined and the other relaxed and nature-driven, united by a shared commitment to thoughtful gastronomy and a deep connection to land. Recent updates include revised operating hours across both restaurants as well as a refreshed menu presentation at HiDEAWAY by JAMPA.

An Elevated Sustainable Expression of Farm-To-Table Dining

Set within the natural surroundings of Tri Vananda, JAMPA has established itself as a leading dining destination, guided by zero-waste principles, live-fire cooking, and a deep respect for seasonality. Under the direction of Chef Gongpitak Boontanaveerapat (Chef Im), the menus present a refined interpretation of farm-to-table dining, shaped by ingredients sourced locally and from the restaurant’s own organic farm. Each dish is approached with precision and restraint, allowing the inherent character of seasonal produce to define the experience. Live-fire techniques lend depth and nuance, while a closed-loop system reinforces JAMPA’s commitment to sustainability, resulting in a cuisine that is both thoughtful and quietly expressive.

JAMPA opens every Thursday, Friday, and Monday, serving lunch from 12:00 to 15:00and dinner from 18:00 to 22:00. Located just one kilometre from the Pru Jampa Farm, the air-conditioned restaurant features a welcoming bar area, offering guests a comfortable and refined dining environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy the restaurant with greater flexibility, whether through a spontaneous walk-in visit or a more leisurely dining experience at their own pace. JAMPA offers a choice of dining formats, including a six-course Jampa Experience Menu, a six-course plant-forward menu inspired by nature, as well as à la carte selections, all available for both lunch and dinner. Guests are welcome to explore the farm through a guided tour upon request, offering an intimate glimpse into the ingredients, philosophy, and stories behind the meal ahead.

HiDEAWAY by JAMPA: Dining in Rhythm with Nature

Expanding its culinary offering, HiDEAWAY by JAMPA presents a relaxed open-air lakeside farm lunch experience set within the natural surroundings of Pru Jampa Farm.  Available on weekends, the journey begins with a complimentary guided farm tour, offering guests an intimate understanding of the ingredients that shape each dish. This seamless connection between land and table defines the experience, one that is at once grounded, sensory, reflecting the natural rhythm of Phuket. The refreshed menu highlights the restaurant’s ingredient-led philosophy through thoughtfully composed dishes such as Crostino Bread with Goji Berry and Karonda Fruit, Baby Corn with Kaffir Lime and Piccalilli, and Dragon Fruit with Tapioca and Mint. Each reflects a balance of creativity, seasonality, and natural expression.

HiDEAWAY by JAMPA opens every Saturday and Sunday, offering an all-day lunch experience from 12:00 to 19:00. Guests may enjoy both set menus and à la carte selections, with walk-ins welcome.
