Palm-lined spaces, warm wood accents, curved architectural forms, glass balustrades and a striking monochrome floor create a contemporary yet inviting setting that transitions seamlessly from relaxed daytime dining to leisurely evening meals.

At the heart of Del One is a menu taking diners on five distinct culinary cruises – the Good Mess; Dilli, the Roads That Led Here; West of Here; East of Here; and Mithai Meets the World. The menu brings together familiar flavours and regional techniques with influences from around the world, while keeping Delhi at its heart. Guests can discover the Agra ki Aloo Tikki, Del One Gol Gappa, Purani Dilli Samosa, Darya Ganj Chicken-Tikka, Jama Masjid Seekh-Kebab, Neapolitan pizzas, pasta, noodles, bowls and curries alongside regional favourites and contemporary iterations.
