Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar brings together a rich cultural heritage and a vibrant business landscape, attracting visitors for work, leisure and exploration. Building on the city’s growing hospitality potential, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed a Hotel Management Agreement for Zone Connect by The Park Aurangabad, marking another step in the company’s expansion across emerging business and leisure destinations in India.
Located on Beed Bypass in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the upcoming hotel will cater to a diverse mix of travellers, from corporate guests visiting the city’s industrial hubs to families, inbound visitors and leisure travellers exploring its cultural heritage. With convenient access to the city’s three major MIDC industrial zones, key transport links and popular wedding venues, the property is well positioned to serve both business travel and social occasions.
For travellers looking to explore the region, the hotel will provide a base to discover Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’s rich history and cultural legacy, including the iconic Ajanta and Ellora caves, historic forts and museums. By catering to both business and leisure needs, the property aims to serve a varied mix of visitors to the city.
The 50-key property will bring together comfortable accommodation, dining, business facilities and wellness under one roof. Café C, the brand’s all-day dining restaurant, will offer a dining option for hotel guests, while a banquet hall and meeting room/boardroom will cater to corporate meetings, intimate celebrations and social gatherings. Vitalia Gym & Spa will further complement the guest experience with dedicated fitness and wellness facilities.
