Le Bristol Paris unveils new Tea Time by Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot

Autumn brings its familiar charm—the first cool breeze and the desire for comforting indulgence. At Le Bristol Paris, it also marks the unveiling of a reimagined Tea Time, the first created by Maxence Barbot, the Palace’s newly appointed Pastry Chef, who brings a poetic, contemporary touch to this quintessential Parisian ritual.

Within the refined setting of Café Antonia, Chef Barbot reinvents the French art of afternoon tea with precision and elegance. His menu unfolds like a gourmet promenade, guided by seasonal inspiration, expressive textures, delicate aromas, and nostalgic memories. Supported by the skilled artisans of Les Ateliers du Bristol Paris, he has crafted an experience where every detail is intentional and beautifully executed.

Showcasing exquisite craftsmanship, haute gastronomy, and the Palace’s unwavering dedication to personalised hospitality, the book captures the timeless elegance and unique spirit that define Le Bristol Paris. Verchère, known for works including Le Grand Hôtel et Le Café de la Paix, Thomas Bastide Design, and Sybille de Margerie, celebrates the essence of French art de vivre embodied within the hotel.
