ETAA business partners meet 2025 , a grand success in Mumbai

The ETAA Business Partners Meet 2025 concluded at the IMC, Churchgate, Mumbai on  11th July 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The event brought together over 100+ B2C travel agents and 27 exhibitors from across the travel industry, making it a powerful networking and knowledge-sharing platform.

 

Diverse Participation from Industry Leaders – The exhibitors represented a mix of Domestic and International DMCs, Forex providers, Travel Insurance companies, and global tourism boards, including Satte, ITB India, Tourism Malaysia, Ras Al Khaimah Tourism, VFS Global, Asego Travel Insurance and others.

Global Destinations added a special dimension by arranging a Destination Presentation on Zimbabwe. Mr. Pranav Kapadia, Owner of Global Destinations, along with his team, attended the event. The presentation was delivered by Ms. Sophia Hope T. Chimba, Minister Counselor – Tourism, Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe, New Delhi, creating a strong impact among the attending travel professionals.

Pan-Regional Participation & Special Arrangements – This year, for the first time, ETAA Mumbai arranged a coach for travel agents from Pune, resulting in the active participation of 15+ ETAA Pune members. Additionally, a few airline headsattended the event, offering valuable opportunities for direct engagement and dialogue with agents.

 

Leading travel media platforms supported the event by promoting it in the lead-up and covering it live on the day, ensuring wide visibility and reach across the industry.

 

Exciting Giveaways & Hospitality

All attending agents received welcome bags sponsored by Asego Travel Insurance. Hourly lucky draws kept the energy high, with goodie bags sponsored by VFS Global, Oman Air, Vietnam Airlines, IndiGo Airlines. Tourism Malaysia went the extra mile by including hotel night vouchers in their giveaways.
