Pair’d Margaret River Region unveils 2025 festival program

Pair’d Margaret River Region x Range Rover unveils  its 2025 program — a dreamlike feast for all senses, celebrating wine, food, music, culture and place.
Building on the success of the 2024 debut, which resulted in series of sell-out experiences and
the event being declared ‘Australia’s chicest wine and food festival’ by high-profile media in attendance, Pair’d Margaret River Region will return in November (20 – 23), offering guests 30 one-of-a-kind experiences.

From underground opera in ancient caves, to fire-led feasts beneath the stars, led by chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants, the festival invites guests to journey through flavour, place and creativity, with the natural beauty and grounded energy of Margaret River Region as the ultimate host.
Renowned for his mastery of open-fire cooking, Argentine chef Francis Mallmann will headline this year’s event, offering Pair’d guests the rare opportunity to witness his iconic cooking methods firsthand.

The immersive journey will culminate in an unforgettable dining experience where Mallmann will craft a menu over open flames, celebrating the raw beauty of nature and the essence of shared meals.
Western Australia South West Minister and Acting Tourism Minister, the Hon. Don Punch, MLA
said he was very excited to see Pair’d Margaret River Region return for a second year.

“I’m thrilled to be bringing Pair’d back with an exciting lineup of new and returning sell-out
events that showcase the incredible wine and food of the Margaret River Region,” Minister Punch said. “Being named Australian Traveller’s number one food and wine getaway after the success of its inaugural year, I’m certain the appeal of returning favourites and new experiences will draw intrastate and interstate visitors to the festival.

“Attracting out-of-state visitors to the Margaret River Region for events is part of our economic
diversification strategy, as they book out the region’s hotels explore its wineries and
restaurants, and engage with local tourism operators”

Pair’d Festival Director Hannah Pike said Pair’d is a celebration of connection between people, producers, landscapes and cultures. “We’re incredibly proud to present a program that is not just a festival, it’s a region-wide sensory experience that celebrates what makes this part of the world so incredibly special,” Ms Pike said.
“After the inaugural event wrapped last November, our team got to work to secure an incredible
line-up of international powerhouses who’ll work alongside our celebrated WA chefs, winemakers and cultural custodians, delivering a program that is designed to spark exchange, creativity and inspiration.
“With the prestigious ‘World’s 50 Best Vineyards’ industry event taking place in the region in the
days leading up to the festival, the global wine spotlight will be on Margaret River and Pair’d offers guests a front-row seat to the region’s brilliance.
“Pair’d is indulgent, effortless, and entirely unforgettable! We’ve done all the hard work, so you just need to come with an appetite.” Ms Pike finished. In a landmark announcement, Range Rover joins the festival as Presenting Partner, signalling a powerful alignment of design, craft and exploration.
