Accor announces the appointment of Evan Harrington as Cluster General Manager for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Hotels & Resorts Al Marjan Island, reinforcing the Group’s growing presence on Al Marjan Island.
In his expanded role, Harrington will oversee both properties’ commercial performance and guest experience, driving synergies across operations, revenue, F&B, wellness, brand, and sustainability.

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island stands as one of Ras Al Khaimah’s leading beachfront destinations, celebrated for its Swiss-inspired hospitality and vibrant culinary offerings. Pullman Hotels & Resorts Al Marjan Island, currently in the first phase of its refurbishment, is set to relaunch with a renewed focus on couples and experiential travel, further enhancing the island’s tourism appeal.

Known for building high-performing teams and delivering service excellence, he will now focus on unifying commercial planning, enhancing guest experiences, and advancing sustainability and community engagement across both resorts.
