Hilton Goa Resort announces four strategic leadership appointments, reinforcing Hilton’s commitment to developing internal talent across its Goa portfolio, including the pre-opening Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute.
Argha Dutta – Operations Manager
Argha joins with extensive operational experience from The Oberoi Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Marriott Hotels, and Radisson Hotels. His expertise will support Hilton Goa Resort’s continued focus on service excellence.
Rebecca Rodrigues – Cluster Human Resources Manager
Rebecca, who joined Hilton Goa Resort in February 2024, has been promoted following notable achievements including the Operators Choice Award – South India at the 2024 Hilton HR & Finance Conference and the Leader of the Year 2024 award. She has previously led two pre-openings and one brand conversion with Hyatt Hotels.
Swapnil Kholkar – Cluster IT Manager
With over 16 years in hospitality IT, Swapnil will oversee IT operations across four Hilton properties, including the upcoming Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute. His background includes roles with Grand Hyatt Goa, Hyatt Centric Goa, and The Lalit Golf & Spa Resort Goa.
Yogendra Shirodkar – Cluster Security Manager
Yogendra brings 15 years of safety and security experience, having worked with Taj, Hyatt, and Zuri before joining Hilton Goa Resort. His proven leadership will guide security operations at Hilton Goa Resort and the pre-opening Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute.
