The 2025 Taiwan Film Festival in New Delhi, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan, and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India, will be held on 12–13 December 2025 at PVR Priya Cinema, Vasant Vihar. The festival will feature three carefully selected Taiwanese films, highlighting the diversity of Taiwan’s contemporary cinema and cultural landscape.
A special highlight of the festival is the screening of Demon Hunters, the first Taiwan–India co-produced feature film, which blends cultural elements from both countries and includes classic Bollywood dance sequences, marking a significant milestone in bilateral film collaboration.

The festival will also present A Chip Odyssey, a documentary chronicling the story of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), a global leader in the semiconductor industry. The film offers audiences insight into Taiwan’s technological advancements and its role in the international supply chain.
Additionally, Hunter Brothers, an Indigenous-themed drama, explores the emotional and social tensions between tradition and modernity within Taiwan’s Indigenous communities, providing a deeper understanding of Taiwan’s cultural heritage.

The two-day programme will feature an opening ceremony, film screenings, and post-screening discussions with invited filmmakers and guests from Taiwan and India, fostering dialogue and promoting future collaboration between the cultural and film institutions of both countries.
