Conrad Bengaluru announces the appointment of Abishek Chandran as Director of Marketing and Communications. With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Abishek brings strong expertise in strategic marketing, brand communications, and integrated campaigns that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility.
Prior to joining Conrad Bengaluru, Abishek held senior leadership roles with leading global hospitality brands. His international experience includes working with Accor in the Maldives, where he was part of the pre-opening team for Pullman Maldives and led marketing communications for Mercure Maldives, developing a strong foundation in ultra-luxury positioning and destination-led storytelling.
Upon returning to India, Abishek led marketing and communications for the Hilton Goa cluster, including Hilton Goa Resort and DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Arpora–Baga, playing a key role in destination marketing and positioning Goa as a premium leisure destination. Most recently, he served as Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre and DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square, where he drove high-impact campaigns and strengthened regional brand presence.
In his new role at Conrad Bengaluru, Abishek will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, focusing on elevating brand storytelling, strengthening engagement with local and international audiences, and supporting the property’s continued growth in the luxury hospitality segment.
