Global Hotel Alliance posts strong Q3 2025 growth

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) reports another quarter of strong growth, marking summer 2025 as a standout success.

In Q3 2025, total hotel revenues reached US$813 million, up 18% year-on-year, while room revenue rose 19% to US$657 million. Room nights increased 19%, driven largely by international travel and deeper engagement from members of GHA DISCOVERY, which has now surpassed 32 million members.

Year-to-date, total hotel revenues climbed to US$2.3 billion, compared to US$2 billion in 2024, maintaining consistent double-digit growth.

International stays remained the key driver, accounting for 66% of total member room revenue in Q3. Spain, Italy, the UK, Singapore, and Thailand led in stay revenues, while the US, UK, Australia, China, and Germany were top feeder markets.

Loyalty engagement continued to power results — new GHA DISCOVERY enrolments grew 38%, and DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) redemptions rose 39%. Cross-brand revenues climbed 9% to US$109 million for the quarter.

Chris Hartley, CEO of GHA, said, “Our solid third-quarter performance highlights the strength of our alliance model and the growing impact of GHA DISCOVERY in driving international demand. We’re on track to close 2025 with record levels of member activity and revenue growth, laying a strong foundation for 2026.”
