Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announces the signing of a new hotel in Lucknow under the Claridges Collection brand. The project will be developed as a brownfield property.

Located on Lohia Path, the 108-key Claridges Collection, Lucknow is designed to reflect the city’s timeless opulence, drawing inspiration from the architectural heritage of Awadh while blending classic charm with modern sophistication. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, two specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge that will serve as an inviting social space.
Guests will also have access to a swimming pool, fitness centre, and a spa offering holistic wellness experiences. The hotel will include meeting rooms and a banquet hall spanning over 4,000 sq. ft., supported by dedicated pre-function areas designed for events and social gatherings.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have a portfolio of 11 hotels in Lucknow, including six currently under development.
