Key highlights – Q2 FY25-26:

  • Record financial performance: Consolidated revenue from operations at ₹839 cr (+8%), EBITDA ₹246 cr (+16%), and PAT ₹133 cr (+74%). Comparable EBITDA up 22%.

  • RevPAR leadership: Standalone RevPAR grew 9%, with a 40% premium over industry averages. Room revenue driven by retail, corporate, and MICE segments; F&B revenue up 5% with award-winning culinary offerings.

  • New premium brand: Launch of Epiq Collection – Member ITC Hotels targeting culturally rich destinations like Puri and Tirupati, adding ~1,000 keys over the medium term.

  • International presence: ITC Ratnadipa in Colombo achieves RevPAR leadership and EBITDA positivity, marking the brand’s first international property.
