Mayfair Spring Valley Guwahati extends its signature mango festival

Following an overwhelming response from guests and mango lovers alike, Mayfair Spring Valley Guwahati  extends its much-celebrated Mango Festival till June 30, 2025. Originally scheduled to conclude on June 22, the extension comes as the resort continues to attract visitors eager to savour summer’s most beloved fruit in refreshing and indulgent ways.

The resort has turned into a tropical haven, with its chefs presenting a specially crafted Daily À la Carte Mango Menu that showcases fresh, seasonal mangoes in a range of gourmet preparations. Sundays at Mayfair have become a highlight, featuring lavish mango-themed brunches priced at ₹1850++, offering an array of mango-infused dishes and chilled summer beverages that celebrate the king of fruits.

Mangoes and Indian summers go hand in hand, bringing back memories of lazy afternoons, orchard visits, and homemade delights. In a city like Guwahati, where summer is all about reconnecting with nature and enjoying seasonal flavours, mangoes hold a special place in people’s hearts. At Mayfair Spring Valley, this love for mangoes is turned into a joyful, resort-wide celebration. It’s a refreshing way to embrace the season, offering guests a taste of summer wrapped in tropical comfort and indulgence.

Beyond the culinary experience, the resort’s mango-inspired décor and vibrant photo spots have added a splash of summer colour, creating a perfect backdrop for guests to unwind and capture the festive spirit. With its blend of signature hospitality, seasonal flavours, and scenic charm, Mayfair Spring Valley continues to offer guests a delightful escape.

As the Mango Festival now stretches through the end of June, visitors still have time to soak in the sights, flavours, and tropical vibes that have made this celebration a standout of the summer season.
