The six exclusive residences are distributed across three historic buildings adjacent to Hotel Gabrielli and have been reimagined with contemporary sensitivity by Milan-based designer Andrea Auletta.

Each apartment is conceived as a fully independent residence, featuring separate living areas, bright bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, naturally lit bathrooms, and meticulous artisanal detailing throughout.

The accommodation portfolio includes One-Bedroom Prestige Apartments (39–55 sqm) overlooking the quiet Calle del Cagnoletto or Calle Morosina, featuring canaletto walnut and Fior di Pesco marble kitchens and intimate living spaces. The Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment with Terrace (109 sqm), arranged over three levels, offers expansive interiors and a private panoramic rooftop terrace with sweeping city views. Meanwhile, the One-Bedroom Heritage Apartments Garden View (47–52 sqm) overlook the tranquil garden of Hotel Gabrielli and feature exposed antique beams, dual-aspect layouts, and a refined, relaxed atmosphere.
