The Lanesborough unveils Bridgerton-inspired afternoon tea to celebrate Season 4

The Lanesborough, London, announces the launch of its latest seasonal afternoon tea, inspired by Bridgerton, created in partnership with Netflix and Shondaland. The limited-edition experience celebrates the premiere of Bridgerton Season 4, debuting on Netflix in two parts on 29 January and 26 February 2026.

Paying homage to the elegance and revelry of the Regency era with a contemporary twist, the Bridgerton Afternoon Tea will be served in The Lanesborough’s opulent dining room beneath its iconic domed glass roof, surrounded by neo-classical bas-relief artwork.

Curated by Head Pastry Chef Jolan Thiry, the menu draws inspiration from key characters and moments in Season 4. Savoury offerings include refined finger sandwiches and tartlets featuring Westcombe cheddar, Scottish smoked salmon, spiced harissa chicken, cucumber and avocado, alongside freshly baked scones with cream and jam. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also available.

Sweet highlights include four signature creations: The Lady in Silver, a lemon and yuzu sharing cake inspired by Sophie; Benedict’s Masquerade, a rich chocolate and tonka mousse dessert; Let Love Take Flight, a delicate blackberry mousse cameo; and Cottage Bloom, a floral cake reflecting the romance of an English garden.

The experience is complemented by two bespoke drinks: Forbidden Love, a Hendrick’s gin cocktail with vanilla, lemon and peach & jasmine soda, and Beneath the Mask, a non-alcoholic passion fruit and lychee creation.

The Bridgerton Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough offers guests an immersive celebration of romance, style and storytelling, bringing the world of Bridgerton to life in one of London’s most iconic settings.
