The Uttarakhand Tourism Representatives Association (UTRA) is set to host the second edition of its flagship annual conference, Sahbhagita 2025, on September 9, 2025, at the Pride Hotel Premier Solitaire, Dehradun.
Designed as a platform for dialogue and collaboration, the conference will bring together tour operators, hoteliers, transport providers, adventure specialists, and guides, along with government officials and industry associations, to shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for tourism in Uttarakhand.

The event will see the participation of Shri Satpal Maharaj, Hon’ble Tourism Minister, senior representatives from the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), and leaders of national associations including IATO, ADTOI, and ATOAI.
Highlights of the program include keynote addresses by government leaders, insightful panel discussions such as “Tour Operator – The Force Behind” and “Rethinking Uttarakhand Tourism: Sustainability and Crisis Preparedness”, along with dedicated networking sessions. UTRA will also present its strategic roadmap for promoting lesser-known destinations while ensuring ecological integrity and community involvement.
