The residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort introduce a new chapter of beachfront living at Kamala Bay

A refined phase of beachfront residential living is emerging along Phuket’s sunset coast with the launch of The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort, set on a tranquil stretch of white sand at Kamala Bay. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery and offering uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea, the development is crafted for residents who value privacy, comfort, and a well-balanced coastal lifestyle.

Developed by Proud Real Estate, construction commenced in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion scheduled for 2027.
