TAWI LUSH announces strategic commercial mandate with Oaga Art Resort Maldives, expanding its hospitality solutions leadership

TAWI LUSH announces its strategic commercial mandate with Oaga Art Resort Maldives, marking a new phase in its journey as an integrated hospitality solutions company. As part of this mandate, Simmi Pai and Satyeash Pai, Founders of TAWI LUSH Hospitality Solutions, have been appointed Chief Commercial Advisors – Managing Commercial for the resort.

The appointment reflects the resort’s decision to implement a structured commercial framework led by TAWI LUSH’s integrated model, which unifies sales leadership, market development, distribution strategy, operational alignment, and brand positioning. Under this mandate, the founders will oversee the resort’s commercial strategy across global sales, marketing, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives, ensuring coordination and long-term revenue planning.

Oaga Art Resort Maldives is recognized as the Maldives’ first art-focused resort. The property integrates Maldivian art, storytelling, music, and design into the guest experience. Developed and operated by a Maldivian team, the resort reflects a culturally rooted identity shaped by local craftsmanship and community engagement. Inspired by the concept of “Aanlheoa,” the traditional island welcome, the resort offers a stay centred on connection, heritage, and creative expression.
