Preferred Travel Group announces the launch of its global “Give To Gain” initiative in celebration of International Women’s Day, taking place from 2–8 March 2026.
Aligned with this year’s International Women’s Day theme of “Give to Gain” and centred on the power of generosity and collaboration, the campaign mobilises associates worldwide to support women and women-focused organisations through volunteer efforts and community engagement. The initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to meaningful local impact driven by a shared global purpose.
Throughout the week and into March, Preferred Travel Group’s global associates are engaging with local women’s charities, shelters and nonprofit organisations as part of the company’s GIFTTS programme – Great Initiatives for Today’s (Tomorrow’s) Society. Launched by the Ueberroth family, GIFTTS supports both member hotels and internal associate initiatives, inspiring philanthropic efforts within communities around the world.
Locally driven efforts include:
-
Newport Beach, California, U.S.: The office is partnering with Laura’s House in Costa Mesa to organise an in-office donation drive supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence.
-
New York, U.S.: Associates are supporting The Bowery Mission by assembling care kits with hygiene products and essential items for women experiencing homelessness or hardship.
-
Milan, Italy: Team members are volunteering with Opera San Francesco, assisting with lunchtime food distribution for people facing poverty and homelessness.
-
Singapore: The Singapore office is volunteering at New2U Thriftshop, operated by the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations, with proceeds supporting programmes such as Star Shelter for survivors of domestic abuse.
-
Tokyo, Japan: Associates are partnering with the National Women’s Shelter Network to donate funds for essential supplies for women and children affected by violence.
“This year’s International Women’s Day initiative reflects our belief that when we come together, the impact extends far beyond a single moment,” said Lindsey Ueberroth, CEO of Preferred Travel Group. “By supporting women in our local communities, we not only uplift vital organisations but also strengthen the collective spirit that defines our global team.”
Through “Give To Gain,” Preferred Travel Group reaffirms its commitment to purpose-driven action, demonstrating how generosity multiplied across communities can create meaningful and lasting change for women worldwide.
