The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening India’s hospitality and tourism sector through collaboration, policy advocacy, skill development, and industry growth initiatives.
The partnership is expected to focus on tourism investments, hospitality sector development, sustainability initiatives, industry representation, and strengthening India’s tourism ecosystem through joint industry efforts.
Industry stakeholders believe the collaboration comes at a crucial time as India’s hospitality and tourism sector continues witnessing rapid expansion driven by rising domestic demand, international tourism recovery, and increasing investments across hotels, restaurants, MICE, and experiential travel.
