India’s hospitality sector continues to witness strong expansion across key regional markets, with multiple hotel brands announcing new property signings across Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab.
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has signed a new Gateway Resort in Bharatpur, further strengthening its presence in Rajasthan’s growing leisure and heritage tourism market.
In Haryana, Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Karnal, reflecting the increasing demand for branded hospitality and business travel infrastructure across emerging urban destinations.
Meanwhile, Lords Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio in Punjab with the signing of a new 54-key property in Amritsar, one of India’s leading spiritual and tourism hubs.
Industry experts believe the developments highlight rising investor confidence in India’s hospitality and tourism landscape, driven by strong domestic travel demand, improving connectivity, spiritual tourism growth, and increasing interest in regional destinations.
The expansion of branded hotel networks across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities is also expected to create stronger opportunities for tourism development, MICE travel, and experiential hospitality across the country.
