Trisara Phuket introduces a new chapter of Destination-Led Gastronomy this season

As luxury travellers increasingly seek destination-led gastronomy shaped by culture, provenance and storytelling, Trisara Phuket continues to define the conversation through immersive culinary experiences deeply rooted in Southern Thailand. As part of Montara Hospitality Group’s enduring commitment to purpose-driven gastronomy, the secluded oceanfront retreat unveils a series of curated experiences celebrating heritage cuisine, vibrant local flavours and refined coastal living.

This June, La Crique at Trisara Phuket will welcome Chef Franck le Bayon of Bangkok-based restaurant iODE for an exclusive one-day culinary collaboration with Chef Notty Worawit.

French Gathering by the Sea brings together coastal French inspiration, refined technique and the quiet beauty of the Andaman Sea. Set within La Crique’s elegant seaside setting, the experience will feature a specially curated menu shaped by both chefs’ approach to ingredient-led cooking and contemporary coastal dining.

The collaboration will take place on Friday, 12 June 2026, with lunch served from 12:00PM to 3:00PM and dinner from 6:00PM to 10:00PM. Lunch is priced at THB 3,900++ per person for food only, or THB 5,900++ per person with wine pairing. Dinner is priced at THB 4,900++ per person for food only, or THB 7,900++ per person with wine pairing.

The French Gathering by the Sea joins a distinguished line of culinary moments at La Crique, sitting alongside Trisara Phuket’s weekly Chef Table: Japanese Meets French, held every Friday evening

Trisara Phuket invites guests to discover its ongoing weekly dining calendar, celebrating the resort’s distinctive approach to destination-led gastronomy by the Andaman Sea. The curated line-up includes Phuket Street Food Feast at MICHELIN Guide-recognised Thai Library every Monday evening, Spice Road Night at Cielo & Spice every Wednesday evening, Chef Table: Japanese Meets French at La Crique every Friday evening, and Trisara Sunday Brunch at Cielo’s deck every Sunday. From elevated interpretations of Phuket’s street food culture and spice-led regional flavours to intimate chef-led dining and leisurely coastal brunches, each experience brings together premium ingredients, live culinary moments and a strong sense of place, offering guests a different way to savour Trisara Phuket’s refined coastal hospitality throughout the week.

Beyond the dining table, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the fuller rhythm of Trisara Phuket — from restorative therapies at JARA Wellness rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, to sunset cocktails overlooking the Andaman Sea, or an evening at Michelin-starred PRU, where Thailand’s finest seasonal ingredients are transformed into contemporary culinary artistry. Together, these experiences reflect the brand’s deeply considered approach to luxury hospitality: intimate, place-driven and quietly transformative.

A Taste of Trisara (Now – 31 October 2026) is designed for those who seek out slower, more immersive escape centred around gastronomy, wellbeing, and coastal serenity. Alongside preferred savings and daily breakfast, the experience includes curated dining moments and seamless airport transfers designed to encourage a more immersive connection to Phuket’s natural rhythm.

Together, these experiences reaffirm Trisara’s longstanding commitment to elevating Southern Thailand’s culinary identity through thoughtful storytelling, refined hospitality and deeply place-driven experiences.
