The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, announces the 15th Conventions India Conclave (CIC) 2026, scheduled to take place from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly hosted by ITPO and Delhi Tourism, the conclave will be held under the theme “Powering the Future of Innovation.” The event will bring together key stakeholders from across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry to explore emerging opportunities, foster partnerships and discuss the future of the sector.
Recognised as South Asia’s leading B2B networking platform for the convention industry, CIC 2026 is expected to attract 350–400 delegates, including domestic and international buyers, along with 75–100 exhibitors. The programme will feature pre-scheduled business meetings, industry-focused discussions, and sessions on technology innovation, corporate incentives, exhibitions and conferences.
The conclave will also serve as a platform to strengthen India’s position as a preferred global convention destination while showcasing the ongoing efforts of ICPB to further develop and promote the country’s meetings and conventions ecosystem.
The 15th Conventions India Conclave is expected to provide valuable networking, business development and knowledge-sharing opportunities for industry stakeholders from India and across the world.
