Developed by Van Phu Real Estate Development JSC and operated by Lumina Wellbeing, Auko is guided by a philosophy of Conservation & Adaptation, creating an eco-lodge that works with nature rather than against it. The retreat features elevated bamboo walkways above historic flood levels, eco-tented lodge structures designed to adapt to seasonal water movement, and architecture crafted from renewable bamboo, reclaimed timber, and naturally ventilated materials.
The 30 eco-wellness lodges are thoughtfully positioned across the landscape in small clusters, nestled beneath indigenous planting. Developed in alignment with the IFC Building Resilience Index (BRI) and achieving EDGE Advanced certification, Auko demonstrates how hospitality design can respond to the realities of climate change while enhancing guest comfort and connection to nature.
