Expected to open by the end of 2029, the newly built hotel will feature 145 rooms, including 22 suites. The property will comprise two four-story buildings positioned around a central swimming pool, creating a relaxed resort environment designed for modern leisure travelers.
Guests will be able to enjoy a wide range of dining, leisure, and wellness facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a speakeasy bar, a pool bar, a spa, a gym, a yoga room, and a swimming pool. Combining contemporary design with lifestyle-led amenities, the hotel will provide a peaceful retreat for couples, families, and international travelers seeking to experience southern Bali.
Located in Ungasan on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula, the hotel will be situated in an increasingly popular beach and lifestyle destination known for its dramatic limestone cliffs, white-sand beaches, wellness experiences, and upscale hospitality offering.
The hotel will be approximately one hour by car from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Many of southern Bali’s leading attractions will be accessible within a 10- to 20-minute drive, while Melasti Beach will be approximately five minutes away. Nearby destinations will include Uluwatu, renowned for its surf breaks and iconic cliffside temple, as well as Pura Batu Mejan, known for its oceanfront setting, spiritual significance, and role in local ceremonies.
