Complementing this development is another first for the country—a dedicated airport hotel at Ben Gurion Airport. Developed by the renowned Brown Hotels, part of the Israel Canada group, the property will feature approximately 260 beautifully appointed rooms and has been designed by the prestigious Mann-Shinar Architects. The striking seven-storey hotel has been envisioned to meet the needs of transit passengers, business travellers, and those with early morning departures or late-night arrivals, offering the convenience of staying just minutes from the terminal.
The undisputed highlight of the hotel will be its spectacular rooftop lounge and swimming pool, where guests can unwind, take a swim or enjoy a cocktail while taking in panoramic views of the airport’s active runways. Combining contemporary comfort with a one-of-a-kind aviation-inspired setting, the hotel is set to offer an experience unlike any other in the country.
A New Standard of Luxury on the Mediterranean
Just north of Tel Aviv, Herzliya Marina is set to welcome one of the region’s most ambitious hospitality projects. Fattal Hotels is developing The Yacht, a luxury resort inspired by the design of a superyacht anchored on its own private island.
With an investment of around USD 270 million, the resort will feature premium accommodation, multiple restaurants, wellness facilities, expansive pools and direct access to the marina. Designed to blur the lines between a luxury hotel and an exclusive yacht experience, the property is expected to become one of the Mediterranean coast’s most distinctive new addresses.
Eilat and the Desert Get a Luxury Upgrade
Further south, Isrotel is investing approximately 3 billion shekels across several new hospitality projects, reflecting growing confidence in the country’s tourism landscape.
Among the highlights is a futuristic new hotel in Eilat featuring suspended swimming pools and contemporary architecture overlooking the Red Sea. Beyond the city, the company is also introducing luxury desert accommodation near the Ramon Crater, offering travellers an opportunity to experience the dramatic landscapes of the Negev in complete comfort.
The expansion also includes new resort developments around the Sea of Galilee, further strengthening the destination’s portfolio of premium leisure experiences while encouraging visitors to explore different regions beyond the traditional tourist circuit.
