For the 2026 season, the palace unveils its newest gastronomic experience — an elegant Sushi Bar designed to celebrate the artistry and precision of traditional Japanese cuisine in one of the Riviera’s most iconic settings.

Available for both lunch and dinner, the experience unfolds across the Grill and the Eden-Roc Lounge, where panoramic Mediterranean views create a setting that feels both intimate and effortlessly sophisticated.

The Sushi Bar: A Japanese Interlude by the Water’s Edge

Crafted under the skilled hands of a dedicated team of sushi masters, the menu showcases meticulously prepared sushi and sashimi made to order using exceptional ingredients selected for their freshness and quality.

Located on the terrace of the Grill, the Sushi Bar draws inspiration from the refined world of yachting, naturally extending the atmosphere and aesthetic of Grill Eden-Roc itself.

The menu highlights Japanese culinary classics including nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls, featuring premium ingredients such as tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. Alongside these timeless staples, signature creations introduce a contemporary twist, while Oscietre Classique caviar subtly elevates the overall experience.

Served daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Sushi Bar at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc will be open from April 20 to October 18, 2026, offering guests a refined culinary escape throughout the Riviera season.

The Riviera icon introduces an exceptional Mediterranean brunch experience for the 2026 season

For the first time, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc will host an exclusive brunch overlooking the Mediterranean — transforming Sundays on the Riviera into an elevated gastronomic affair.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Cap d’Antibes, the experience combines gourmet cuisine, live music, and panoramic sea views within the timeless elegance of the legendary property.

Taking place on April 26, May 3, and May 10 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, the brunch invites guests to gather with family and friends for an afternoon shaped by refinement, conviviality, and culinary artistry.

A Gastronomic Experience Imagined by the Hotel’s Chefs

The brunch is led by Executive Chef Sebastien Broda and Pastry Chef Tarek Ahamada two chefs whose combined vision brings together precision, creativity, and contemporary elegance.

Drawing from his experience within prestigious international establishments, Sebastien Broda introduces a modern and refined approach to each dish, while Tarek Ahamada  trained by celebrated pastry chefs Jimmy Mornet and Michaël Bartocetti infuses the dessert selection with imaginative flair and delicate craftsmanship.

Together, the chefs curate a brunch experience where indulgence and artistry exist in perfect harmony.

Within a bright and elegant atmosphere, guests can explore an expansive buffet featuring live cooking stations, seafood selections, sushi, fresh pasta, cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, crêpes, pancakes, and an array of refined desserts.

A dedicated carving cart further enhances the experience, presenting rotating meat and fish dishes that add an interactive and luxurious touch to the afternoon.
