IndiGo to begin flights from Navi Mumbai International Airport

 IndiGo, announces the commencement of flight operations from the newly inaugurated Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) beginning 25 December 2025. As one of the first carriers to operate from this state-of-the-art airport, IndiGo will connect NMIA to ten major cities across India, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, North Goa (Mopa), Jaipur, Nagpur, Cochin, and Mangalore. The airline also plans to further expand its footprint at NMIA with additional direct routes in the near future.

Serving as the second airport in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, NMIA has been developed to complement Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and meet the rapidly growing air travel demand from India’s financial hub. With its strategic location and future-ready infrastructure, the new airport is set to become a key gateway enhancing regional connectivity and supporting economic growth across western India.

IndiGo’s launch at NMIA marks a significant milestone in strengthening the airline’s extensive domestic network of 95 airports, further reinforcing its commitment to providing seamless, reliable, and accessible travel options for passengers nationwide.
