Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, part of Marriott International, announces the appointment of Nagesh Singh as Food & Beverage Manager, further strengthening the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence across its food and beverage offerings.
In his new role, Nagesh will oversee the resort’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, banquets and in-room dining services. He will be responsible for driving service excellence, menu innovation, operational efficiency, cost management and guest satisfaction while working closely with the culinary and operations teams to further elevate the resort’s dining experiences.
Nagesh brings close to a decade of experience in food and beverage operations, having built a strong foundation across luxury hotels and resorts known for delivering exceptional guest experiences. His expertise spans restaurant operations, banquet management, pre-opening projects, team development and financial planning, enabling him to drive both operational efficiency and service excellence.
Over the course of his career, Nagesh has held key food and beverage leadership roles with Marriott Suites Pune, Aramness Luxury Resort (Fox Browne), IHG’s Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad, and Le Méridien Resort &Spa. His experience includes departmental P&L management, outlet operations, large-scale banquet execution and strategic team leadership. He has also been recognised as a Certified Departmental Trainer and is a graduate of Marriott International’s Leadership Development Programme, reflecting his commitment to people development and operational excellence.
