Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a 114-key Cygnett Resort near Kainchi Dham in Nainital, Uttarakhand, strengthening its presence across India’s leisure and spiritual travel destinations.
Being developed in partnership with Suri Developers, the upcoming resort will be set amid the scenic Kumaon hills, overlooking the Himalayan landscape with views of snow-capped peaks. Located within walking distance of Neem Karoli Baba’s ashram at Kainchi Dham, the property will cater to spiritual travellers, families, couples and weekend visitors seeking a mountain retreat.
The resort will feature 114 keys, including Luxury family cottages, with accommodation designed for both couples and larger family groups. Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, expansive banqueting facilities, a gymnasium and a swimming pool. Its accommodation and event infrastructure will position the property to host destination weddings, social celebrations, corporate retreats and group getaways against a Himalayan backdrop.
The property will operate under Cygnett Resort, the group’s contemporary leisure hospitality brand, guided by the positioning “Modern, Mindful, Elevated.” The brand combines contemporary design and smart functionality with thoughtful service, guest comfort and wellbeing, offering an elevated stay experience rooted in affordable luxury.
