Experience Kissimmee announces the launch of a new destination-focused meeting incentive programme, the Kissimmee Meeting Impact Incentive, effective from January 2026. Designed to enhance the value of meetings and events, the initiative combines financial rewards, sustainability contributions and complimentary marketing support to ensure every meeting delivers measurable impact.
The Kissimmee Meeting Impact Incentive offers key benefits including cash back, a sustainability initiative through Trees4Travel, and complimentary promotional resources and support, reinforcing Kissimmee’s position as a forward-thinking destination for meetings and incentives.
Accommodations for MICE groups
Kissimmee has expanded its accommodation offerings with the addition of two new hotels catering to groups that do not require on-site meeting space: The Vietta Hotel and Kompose Boutique Resort at Theme Parks.
Recognised as the Vacation Capital of the World for meetings and events, Kissimmee also offers expansive five- to fifteen-bedroom luxury vacation homes, purposefully designed for entertaining and group hospitality. Properties such as Top Tier at Reunion, managed by Experience Kissimmee partner companies, provide tailored services and collaborative spaces ideal for corporate groups.
A Latin culinary journey
In partnership with Atlas Obscura, Experience Kissimmee has launched the Latin Culinary Trail, an immersive experience celebrating Osceola County’s Hispanic and Latino food culture. The trail features 20 handpicked restaurants, cafés and food trucks, showcasing the stories, flavours and traditions that define the region’s culinary identity, with additional locations planned for summer 2026.
From family-owned establishments like El Cilantrillo and La Mexicana Restaurant to community favourites such as Food Trucks Heaven and Susana’s Café, the trail offers visitors a flavourful way to explore Kissimmee’s cultural diversity. The collaboration also includes digital storytelling elements such as videos, podcasts and recipes.
Elevated group experiences
Central Florida continues to be a major draw for meetings and events, with Kissimmee offering seamless access to world-class attractions and group-friendly experiences. Destination consultants work closely with planners to align attractions and activities with event goals, encouraging early registration and extended stays.
Highlights include Universal’s Epic Universe, which opened in May 2025 as the fourth theme park at Universal Orlando Resort, now offering event options for groups of 20 to 500.
