Four Seasons Resorts Maldives celebrate Lunar New Year with Fire Horse festivities and Michelin dumpling pop-up

Four Seasons Resorts Maldives will welcome the Year of the Fire Horse with a week of celebrations across Landaa Giraavaru and Kuda Huraa from February 16 to 24, 2026. Guests can enjoy vibrant cultural experiences, festive dining, and family activities inspired by the fearless and energetic spirit of the Fire Horse.

Highlighting the festivities, Beijing’s Michelin-recognised Baiweiyuan Dumpling Restaurant will host an exclusive pop-up, offering signature dumplings, soups, and starters freshly prepared on both islands from February 16 to 23.

At Kuda Huraa, guests can join a Reunion Dinner, themed dining nights, outdoor cinema, pool parties, a Pop-Up Asian Market, and daily dumpling offerings. The Kuda Mas Kids Club will host a two-week festival with lantern painting, snorkel adventures, arts and crafts, dumpling making, tie-dye activities, karaoke, and beach games.

Landaa Giraavaru will celebrate with a poolside Lunar New Year event featuring a Dragon Dance, live DJ, lantern-lit ambiance, a Yu Sheng prosperity toss, culture-inspired welcome drinks, and the Baiweiyuan dumpling pop-up.

The celebrations are designed to bring families and friends together, honouring traditions of luck, wealth, and good fortune while providing a festive and luxurious island experience.
