Hong Kong is set to dazzle visitors this festive season as it transforms its vibrant Central district into a Winter Wonderland for the Hong Kong WinterFest 2025, running from 14 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.
Presented by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), this year’s edition features the most extensive lineup yet, including the debut of the Immersive Light Show in Central, a spectacular multimedia display linking eight iconic buildings for the first time.
At the heart of the celebration, Statue Square Garden will become a Christmas Town, complete with a towering 20-metre outdoor Christmas tree, live carol performances, Santa appearances, and a festive market with 12 themed chalets offering holiday treats, gifts, and workshops. Chater Road will glow as a Starlight Boulevard, featuring illuminated trees and suspended light installations that create a magical outdoor Christmas experience every evening.
The much-anticipated Noëlia at LANDMARK installation inside LANDMARK ATRIUM will add to the festive spirit with its 30-metre-wide display, featuring an 11-metre lighthouse and Hong Kong’s largest interactive Wishing Lake.
Commenting on the celebrations, Dr Peter Lam, Chairman of HKTB, said, “This year’s Hong Kong WinterFest presents the city in a whole new light. By turning Central into a Winter Wonderland, we aim to reinforce Hong Kong’s position as Asia’s top winter travel destination while bringing locals and visitors together in the spirit of joy and celebration.”
Adding to the festive cheer, the WinterFest Delights campaign in December will offer over 300 exclusive citywide deals on dining, shopping, attractions, and transport, accessible via a one-stop online platform.

Culminating with the New Year’s Eve countdown fireworks over Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong WinterFest 2025promises an unforgettable holiday experience, making the city shine brighter than ever as Asia’s ultimate Christmas destination.
