This festive season, Kuda Villingili Resort Maldives invites guests to embark on a journey “Through the Decades,” its spectacular 2025–2026 Festive Program that celebrates timeless joy, connection, and rejuvenation. A Season of Celebration and Elegance
Festivities begin on December 23 with the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and carol singing under the stars, setting a joyful tone. On Christmas Eve, guests will indulge in a lavish Gala Dinner featuring festive cocktails and live entertainment at Raalhu Bar, while Christmas Day brings Santa’s arrival, cookie-making, and creative family workshops.
Throughout the season, guests can unwind at the overwater Kuda Villingili Spa, offering signature massages, Ayurvedic rituals, and limited-edition holiday wellness experiences using organic and plant-based ingredients.
A Timeless New Year’s Eve Celebration
The highlight of the program, the Timeless New Year’s Eve Celebration on December 31, begins with cocktails at Hawkers, followed by a Gala Dinner & Décades Countdown Celebration. Guests are invited to don decade-inspired attire, from the 1970s to the 2000s, as they enjoy themed culinary stations, live performances, and fireworks at midnight. The night continues with a Neon After-Party featuring DJ sets and glowing visuals that carry the revelry into 2026.
Adventures, Family Fun, and World-Class Entertainment
Adventure-seekers can enjoy big game fishing, scuba diving, and ocean sports led by MSTS Watersports and Diving, while children embark on a “Time Travel Adventure” at the Kuda Fiyo Kids Club, moving through themed activities inspired by each decade.
The island’s festive spirit will shine through mesmerizing performances — from fire dancers and acrobatic duos Danimisima and Jakob, to captivating illusions, the dynamic Show Ballet “Arriva”, and soulful saxophone sets by Nikita Rychkov.

The celebrations continue with a New Year’s Day Brunch on January 1, complete with sparkling bubbles and gourmet creations, and culminate on January 6 with a Global Flavors Gala Dinner at sunset.
