Peylaa Phuket surpasses THB 1.4 billion in sales, with over 50% sold

Capstone Asset, under the management of Marriott International, has thanked its travel trade and real estate sales partners for their outstanding support with an exclusive agent appreciation event.

As the sun set on October 16, 2026, approximately 150 guests gathered at Amora Beach Resort Phuket for an exclusive evening of cool drinks, project updates, agent incentives, business networking and upbeat entertainment. Mr. Titiwat Kuvijitsuwan, CEO of Capstone Asset, warmly welcomed guests and presented the latest project information from PEYLAA Phuket, which is set to become Asia’s first Autograph Collection Residences when it is completed in the fourth quarter of 2027. Representatives from CBRE Thailand were also on hand to provide an overview of Phuket’s property market.

“Our real estate agents and trade partners are absolutely integral to our business,” Mr. Titiwat commented. “They are our window to the world’s discerning buyers and our most effective promoters. This event was a perfect opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to everyone involved in making the PEYLAA Phuket project such a success. It was a great pleasure to meet so many of our esteemed partners and I look forward to working together with them as we bring this exciting project to life.”

Commanding a prime location in Phuket’s desirable Bang Tao-Cherngtalay corridor, PEYLAA Phuket will feature 408 residences across seven-storey low-rise buildings. Architecture and interior design are by MAS, while Gensler developed the project’s brand story, concept and identity around the idea of a “social sanctuary”. The project will have a deliberately low density, with an average of 40 units per rai (1,600 sqm). Residents will enjoy world-class facilities including three 25-metre swimming pools, a full-size tennis court, an ice-bath and jogging track. They will also be able to access the diverse dining and leisure facilities of the adjacent Autograph Collection hotel, which is expected to open in 2030.

Having opened its sales gallery in January 2026, PEYLAA Phuket has witnessed strong sales momentum. More than 50% of the units in the first phase have now been sold, and the project has now achieved THB 1.4 billion in sales revenue. According to CBRE Thailand, this demonstrates the continued popularity of Thailand, Phuket, and the Bang Tao-Cherngtalay district in particular, among domestic and international investors.

CBRE Thailand’s market insights highlight the rental performance of branded residences, providing context for prospective buyers. Phuket ranks as the fifth most popular destination worldwide for branded residences. At the market level, the company’s transaction data reveals that branded residences can generate 50–80% higher rental yields than non-branded projects in the same location. Across Phuket’s prime areas, such as Bang Tao-Cherngtalay, CBRE and Colliers data put rental yields between 7% and 11% per annum.

These findings were revealed to guests at the agent appreciation party in Phuket, along with the latest development milestones. Following the updates from Capstone Asset and CBRE Thailand, attendees were able to unwind and socialise with a series of engaging activities, including fun games, a photo booth, a DIY perfume mixing activity and a lucky draw. A live DJ then created a party atmosphere as guests mixed and mingled late into the night.

Upon opening in 2027, PEYLAA Phuket will operate under Marriott’s Autograph Collection, a brand which is designed to be “Exactly Like Nothing Else.” It forms part of a compelling portfolio for Capstone Asset, which has now completed eight prestigious projects with five more in the pipeline, in destinations including Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui and Khao Lak, commanding a total value of THB 20 billion.

Prices for PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences start from THB 7.9 million (approximately USD 235,000).
