Priced at INR 5,495++ per person, each masterclass allows participants to choose four dishes from a specially curated menu, creating a personalized culinary journey that combines learning with indulgence.

Meanwhile, Sevilla presents a journey into the heart of Spain, where Chef Dharmendra Singh Rawat reveals the secrets behind the iconic Paella and other celebrated Spanish delicacies.

For lovers of royal Indian cuisine, the masterclass at Dhaba showcases the bold flavours and heritage recipes of traditional Indian kitchens, guided by Chef Sachin Kaushal. Those seeking the richness of Mughlai gastronomy can participate in an immersive session led by Master Chef Salim Qureshi, who draws upon the legendary culinary legacy of his lineage to unveil the techniques behind timeless imperial dishes.

Asian culinary enthusiasts can discover the intricate flavours of Chinese gastronomy at Jade, where Master Chef Bir guides participants through authentic techniques—from delicate dim sums to bold stir-fries. Meanwhile, at Erawaan, Chef Tarathip Nooriengsai leads guests through the aromatic world of Thai cuisine, unveiling the art of crafting iconic Thai curries and vibrant regional delicacies.
