Travel Food Services (TFS), India’s leading Travel F&B and Retail company, emerged with the highest tally of wins, taking home 7 awards at the prestigious Moodies Travel Journey Digital Awards and FAB Superstars 2021. This is the first time that an Indian company has garnered so many wins at such an eminent forum, and is also the fourth year in a row (skipping 2020 owing to the pandemic) that TFS has been felicitated at the international platform for its novel concepts, impeccable services and customer-centric approach. The winners were announced during an online ceremony at the Virtual Travel Retail Expo.

Best Digital Team: This award honors digital travel retail teams who have embraced new technologies and launched successful campaigns, both online and offline throughout 2020/21. The award was bestowed upon the TFS Digital Transformation Team, for their successful Implementation of multiple Front of the House and Back of the House AI-powered digital tools to enhance efficiencies.
Digital Innovator of the Year: This category recognizes the company that has thrived in the digital landscape and has led the way in terms of digital innovation throughout 2020/21. Vikas Kapoor, CIO & CFO, TFS, was adjudged the winner for ably leading the RPA Transformation for Finance Processes including Treasure and Account Payable, first in the industry and Country
The award for Best CSR or Cause Advocacy was garnered by Karuna Seva, a joint initiative of K Corporation Charitable Foundation and TFS
